Return & Refund Policy (T-Shirt Products)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your t-shirt, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective).

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
